2. Our Products

AELVITA offers wellness lifestyle products: BREEVA Sleep Mouth Tape, WARMÉ Wearable Heating Belt, and ROOTINE Scalp Care Kit.

Product descriptions are for informational purposes. We reserve the right to modify product specifications without notice.

3. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in USD. EU customers: prices shown may be converted to EUR at checkout.
• Prices include applicable sales tax where required by law. VAT for EU customers may be added at checkout.
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments / Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing errors).

4. Order Confirmation & Cancellation

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch the goods.

You may cancel an order within 1 hour of placement by contacting hello@aelvita.shop. After dispatch, our Return Policy applies.

EU customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

You agree not to: use our site for unlawful purposes, attempt to gain unauthorized access, transmit malware, engage in scraping or data mining, or use our brand names in a misleading manner.

9. User-Generated Content

If you submit reviews, photos, or testimonials, you grant AELVITA a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use this content in marketing materials.

You confirm that any content you submit is truthful and does not infringe third-party rights.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

• For US customers: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.
• For EU customers: These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under EU consumer protection law. Disputes may be submitted to the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr
